Cornelius Brody
Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Before founding iQuest, Cornelius (46) was a management consultant with Cap Gemini, his last position being Managing Director, Romania.

Cornelius holds a Master of Sciences in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Cornelius combines entrepreneurial drive with a love of sports and music. He used to play water polo and the piano, now he spends his spare time swimming, listening to jazz and reading.

"One of the great things about my job", he says, "is that we are creating a lot of value in a highly dynamic environment. It’s fulfilling to see our ideas bearing fruit and a strong, healthy company culture in place as we grow, maintaining our flexibility and agility."


Octav Chicinas
Chief Technology Officer

Octav (52) holds a Master of Sciences in Automation and Computer Sciences from the Polytechnic University in Cluj, Romania. Before joining iQuest, he worked for more than 13 years at IKEA IT, holding senior positions on both the technical and management sides of the business. As such he was a member of IKEA’s Architecture Council and was Chief Architect for its Product and Communication area.

Fascinated by Asian philosophy and practices, starting with Zen Buddhism and continuing with martial arts and Qigong, Octav also loves Nordic walking and travelling to exotic places.

"I came to iQuest for what it was at that time, in terms of people, company culture and results, and for what I believed iQuest could become in the future," says Octav. "Today I feel we have limitless potential and a fantastic chance to play an important role in the field of IT."

Octav describes his role as Contributor to iQuest’s Growth. This involves streamlining working processes and shaping quality and technology policy, as well as contributing to the sales process, recruitment and continuous learning policy, helping achieve a strong and unique company culture.
